That said, I’ll likely continue to visit because it’s conveniently located on my commute, and I truly appreciate their commitment to the community. I just hope they'll consider adjusting their espresso preparation so that the drinks have a brighter flavor and less of an acrid taste.

I've been a huge and enthusiastic supporter of Brian's and Emerald City for around 10 years now. The coffee, food, and service are consistently excellent. Keep up the great work, EC!

Wait was long, but coffee was great! The size of the shop means when there's a backlog of customers, it's a bit cramped.
