Boy oh boy, what can't I say, let's start by asking, should this country's biggest donut chain operate with only one worker? Absolutely not ! I walked into DD to get a cup of coffee and with that 2 bagels, which took 33 minutes in that time at least 8or 9 people walked out. When I got to place my order the attendant told me in a panicky voice I can't seem hot food, obviously referring to the sandwiches they serve there, . So I said, to make her work easy, like 2 bagels, plain, not hot, justthrow them in a bag. I grabbed my items and left, normally they have 3 to 5 employees, but there was just one and it's not thefirst time. Frankly I much rather go some where else.
I had the worst coffee experience here. I don't understand why they ask for your preferences if they just serve you what they want anyway. I've been to the drive-thru twice in a row, and both times I received terrible coffee with no sugar and no cream.
The manager or owner should consider providing customer service training for the staff. Best of luck with this level of service.
What’s the point of offering curbside service if they don’t actually bring the food out? I tried curbside for the first time and ended up waiting over 20 minutes without anyone coming outside or answering the phone. Eventually, I had to go inside to get my order. I was very disappointed.
