Domino's Pizza - Chicago

I would give this place zero star if I could, but google does not allow them! we ordered online for delivery and after an hour waiting for our order, I decided to check the pizza tracker and it told us that the pizza was skipped. we tried to get an update on our order, but couldn't reach anyone. they make the phone line seem like it's busy by not putting the phone back on the line or they ignore their phone calls. worst experience with these locations. do not order from here unless they want to wait for over 2 hours on pizza, which should go fast and cheap anywhere but here

I can't really complain about an $8 pizza! The service was friendly, and I didn't have to wait more than a minute for my order, which was right on track with the app. The staff here genuinely love their job, which is something that's hard to find in today's world.

Order them to eat at 11 o'clock the load is 5 min from my apto, the order as at 11,50 wich is a lie and called the load they hang up. previous order left this careless Asian guy my order at the door in the floor. outside where the people run. my turquoise button for years know, now I think his just do a Pitty job if they dont care and judjing of others I better skip them the store and find some customer service. I'll call in the leiche to hopefully be heard. when they find in my situation and live closely, the wingstop on broadway actually has a better boom than this on the top of the expensiveness, careless and slow work and management of this store. the tattoos are in clark. from here they have the LAZY FOLK

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service is the worst. My friend and I placed a large order, and although it claimed to have been delivered, nothing arrived at our door. We didn't even choose contactless delivery. It's nearly impossible to reach them by phone—I called for almost an hour and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. It's unbelievable. Do not order from here!

The worst pizza experience of my life. Order two two hours to get to me. Called store multiple times and they legitimately hung up on me twice. This store is awful
