I have visited many Starbucks locations, but this particular one needs improvement in several areas. The lobby is consistently dirty, with tables that are rarely cleaned, and there are frequent leaks on the floor, whether in the restroom or the lobby. The customer service here is just as disappointing as the overall cleanliness. You often have to wait to be called up to place your order, and when you finally do, your order is often incorrect. When you approach the counter to address this, the staff tends to ignore you, and you feel compelled to say "excuse me" to point out the mistake. To make matters worse, they sometimes respond with annoyance. It’s frustrating because I find myself having to adjust my coffee to my liking instead of receiving it as I requested. I go to Starbucks and spend my money expecting my coffee to be prepared for me, or whatever else I order. While I understand that nobody is perfect, it’s clear when a job isn’t taken seriously or done with passion. That’s exactly how my orders have been handled. It would be great if they could hire staff who are genuinely eager to work and cater to the coffee lovers who are ultimately keeping Starbucks in business.
This place is a fantastic spot to savor excellent tea and delightful pastries while catching up with friends. It's a favorite choice for a cozy conversation over tea and sweets.
I only got the tea so I can’t really rate it on that, but it just seems like really good spot to have some tea or coffee with a sweet or two. The owner is an old Arab man and looks can be deceiving, but as long you’re not a fungus, the service is good.
Food was delicious and we got served fast! Nice cozy diner.
