Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

This has to be the worst location in chipotles footprint, and whoever they have managing this location should probably think about a career change. Past three times I've ordered here, the order has been wrong. Even if it was prepared correctly their portions are horrendous. I'm willing to pay chipotle prices, but you have to at least put more than one piece of meat on a taco. I've posted an example below it's supposed to have cheese on it as well.

Credit card machine was down for over 5 minutes and they expected everyone to wait while they fixed it and while our orders were getting cold. Terrible service.

I placed an order for pickup online, and it was prepared quickly and efficiently. However, when I checked my bag before leaving, I realized that my tacos were missing guacamole and sour cream. I approached the counter to inform the staff, and I was met with a dismissive look. Another employee came over, and when I mentioned the issue, instead of fixing it, he simply handed me the condiments on the side. If I had wanted them on the side, I would have ordered them that way. The customer service was very poor and came with a noticeable attitude, and now my food is cold.

Insanely loud music, insanely slow service. online orders take priority over a line of people out the door. waited in line for 15 min.

I ordered through the app, but when I arrived, my food wasn't ready. I live just three blocks away, and when I got home, my tacos were ice cold!
