I asked one of the employees for help, and she kindly let me in, which I appreciated—at least until I looked around. I've never seen a restroom this dirty before. After searching, I finally found the cleanest stall, which at least had the seat wiped down, so I could take care of business. However, the water in the sink was scalding hot, making it difficult to rinse off the soap. I ultimately decided to skip washing my hands. It was just really unpleasant.
The cob salad had soggy lettuce at the bottom of the plate.
"I just want to share my thoughts. The 12 nuggets seemed more like 6, and while the French fries looked good, they weren't very tasty. As for the burger, it felt healthy but really didn't hit the mark in terms of flavor. I'm sorry, but this was my first visit, and I think it will be my last. It was 6 PM, and the place was completely empty—I'm not sure why. I believe you can do better!"
Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards. I'm glad to see a location in downtown, as I support the brand, but perhaps some retraining is needed. They also got my order wrong.
I reached out to customer service to share my experience, but their response was vague and unhelpful: “We have shared your comments with the appropriate people at Chick-fil-A, Inc., and the restaurant you visited. Thank you for your feedback; we hope to make a difference on your next visit.” Overall, I found the customer service at this location to be poor and disorganized, which is disappointing given the strength of the brand. I feel like the franchise owner has never taken responsibility for these issues. On a positive note, I later received a refund from the restaurant.
