Great meatcake, but they ran out of them. I could get two.

My 13-year review in 30 seconds. The food is certainly good (jerk chicken dinner), but the older woman who serves you in the middle of the day rolls her eyes after you stare like a criminal and expect no greetings (she hates her job, but also after all the years still working there). Because of our heritage and the authenticity of food, I have visited this place as a child for over a decade, but years later as an adult it is regrettable to say that the atmosphere is even colder and more involuntary than before, and that is too bad because I believe that if their service is more hospitable, they would receive honestly more business from the neighborhood (but they survived the pandemic, so I must give them some credit). Don't get me wrong now, I enjoy supporting local businesses, but I'm not convinced that my money has ever been worth so low standards or bad attitudes. At this point his foolish to continue spending my hard-earned money in this place, as there are many other restaurants that would recognize their customers by saying hello to take my money, and welcome me to their facility. Needless to say that the quality of the company is not better, but do not take my word for it. Go and see yourself, but don't crawl there! Either way, it's a tormenting experience. Absolutely delicious! The beef pie is outstanding, and I can understand why many restaurants source them from here.

One major concern is the layout of the bakery. It doesn't highlight the unique aspects of a bakery, which has always been a disadvantage. The display cases are sparse, and they don't effectively showcase the delicious items they can prepare. The overall appearance feels quite dull, and this has been an ongoing issue. However, the bakery does offer bulk pricing for larger orders, and since I love their patties, I decided to get a substantial amount. I ordered two dozen and was grateful that my nephew helped me split them in half to feed more guests. The evening before the party, I stopped by and bought a little bit of everything they had. Throughout the day, they refresh their warm cases with fresh items. I picked up an assortment of jerk, cheesy beef, regular beef, curry chicken, and a few vegetarian options, all at an affordable price. The smiles from happy attendees were plentiful, and the patties were the first to disappear. To complement them, I also served a tray of jerk wings, rice, and fried plantains from Auntie Joy's.
