Cafe Colao - Chicago

We've been dining here for years, and although they've made some updates to the restaurant, it never fails to impress. The service is always friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. We absolutely love it! Food rating: 4/5.

I'm speechless! This is the best breakfast sandwich in Chicago. I highly recommend the egg, bacon, cheese, and ham, along with their chocolate chip cookies. Danny, the barista, is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food: 5/5!

I make it a point to stop here almost every time in the area. The staff is always friendly and the food and drinks are great. The guava cheese tart and doughnuts are both must-try. But you can't really go wrong with any of their selection.Food: 5/5

I know that the pictures are not appealing to the eye…but what they lack in presentation the make up for in taste.My fiancé and I have been looking for another sandwich spot since our usual spot has changed in taste.This is our spot from now on. My boyfriend had the turkey sandwich and I had the media noche. The sandwiches were warm, the lettuce was not wilted, it had the perfect amount of Mayo. The chocolate chip cookies are sweet but yummy! We also had pastellio and it was fire. The guayaba and powered sugar complimented one another along with a crunchy pastry dough. Service was fast and friendly which is what we all need in the world!Can’t wait to return!
