Burger Theory Chicago

We had a reservation of 4:00. We arrived at 15:50 and the restaurant was still closed. This was understood as it opens again every day at 4 a.m. We waited until 4:05 and they had not yet opened. At 4:15 we were told they would open late, but no exact time was given. We left.

A reservation has only been confirmed that the restaurant is not open even on Mother's Day without notification

The food and service was great. I can’t wait to go back.

We waited over 30 minutes. I had made reservations on open table which really didn't need and no hostesses to get us we stood about 5 minutes to find a table then a waitress said pick anywhere. So we sat down then got menus about 10 to 15 minutes after sitting down. then waited another 15 to 20 min to be served before we got up and just left and waitress that was cleaning off a big parties table that had left and she begged us to stay and the original waitress never came back to our table. This was a first time visit and the last time visit. Do not recommend going here.

The staff was awesome !!!! They are very friendly and so nice!!! The food was excellent !!!!
