Bubo Coffee - Chicago

I got two drinks. One hot latte with oatmilk and one ice latte with oatmilk. Me and my partner ended up throwing half a drink on each. Why ? It was literally steamed milk with a hint of coffee. I have never experienced that of faint flavor anywhere. Service was great though so I can’t give you a one star. I’m starting to NOT trust Google ratings.

If I drive by this location (IL-59 IL-64) and it's before 2pm, you can bet your butt I'm getting a latte from Bubo. The dude that runs the shop is super friendly and always shows off his latte foam art, which I always love to see. The coffee itself is sourced locally, and the man knows how to make a legit latte which doesn't taste like burnt BS. This is my favorite suburban coffee shop.
