Bacchanalia - Chicago

This charming little Italian restaurant features a bar at the front and a dining area in the back. The staff was friendly, though they could have been a bit more attentive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the delicious marinara sauce! I tried the tiramisu for the first time, but unfortunately, I didn’t care for it. It had a very strong coffee flavor that reminded me of black coffee. Additionally, their website claims they can accommodate special requests, but when I asked for angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti, my request was denied.

I had the chicken special, and it was absolutely delicious! We also ordered the clams as an appetizer, and they were quite good. However, the service was a bit slow; we spent about two hours there and didn’t even get to have coffee or dessert after our meal.

We took my mother out for dinner, and it turned out to be a wonderful evening. We really appreciated the staff; they made our experience fantastic!

The baked cuddles are fantastic! This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Chicago!

Our evening was quite enjoyable. The service was excellent, though we wished the bar area were a bit larger; we definitely would have stayed for drinks!
