Arby's - Chicago

Horrible customer service. Advised the manager Denice that my shake was terrible and I had to throw it away. I requested a vanilla shake and the manager did not offer me one and did not even acknowledge the fact I had even said anything. The counter girl is equally as rude.

My order was incorrect and the sandwiches are definitely overpriced. Quick service and great curly fries though!

The restaurant was closed, despite the information on the website indicating that it was open.

This is my favorite spot for delicious and affordable food. It was not too crowded around ten o'clock, which I appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere here is fantastic!

The restaurant is well-maintained, and the food was delicious and fresh.
