Little Caesars Pizza - Chicago Heights

I just left this location and was pleasantly surprised to find hot and ready pizzas available around 5:40 PM in June 2022. This Little Caesars is the only one I've visited in the past three years that consistently has hot and ready pizzas, so I have to commend them for that. The pizza was beautifully made, and I absolutely loved it. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at this Little Caesars in Chicago Heights deserves a raise for their outstanding service. It's definitely better than some locations in Indiana, like Schererville. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly, and I truly appreciate his kindness. Overall, it was a perfect experience!

They are always busy, but I have to say that their food is consistently fresh. The staff is incredibly pleasant, making for a quick family meal accompanied by excellent customer service. This place is truly a must-visit!

After waiting another 15 minutes in line, he abruptly informed us that our order was at the online pickup kiosk. I politely explained that the email he had given us indicated that he needed to hand us our order, as the kiosk seemed to be filled with online orders. He then asked for my cousin's name to locate the order, which took an additional 10 minutes. Eventually, a lady returned with our order from the kiosk. The experience was frustrating due to the young man's rudeness and lack of attention. The customer service was truly horrible, and I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that simple questions can be answered without attitude.

Came to Chicago Heights location at 3:15 in the afternoon on a Sunday. There was no food ready and was said it was a 25-minute waiting period. They had no crazy bread available. While I was waiting, I saw an employee picking up some pizza with their bare hands and then closing this pizza to serve someone.

This place must be examined by public health officials or they had 2 persons working under unanimity conditions. The employee who made the pizzas never washes his hands and gave food during the orders on the register and again he never washes his hands so disgusting and not customer-friendly. I was afraid to buy a pizza from here. It just didn't cry cleanliness. These owners should be involved in maintaining their restaurant chains that they lose business especially I see others what I saw unless they are simply not interested.
