Every time I go back to Chicago, I'll be there. Patients wait until they open a branch in Charlotte NC

The Naf Naf Rosemont location was a great choice when I needed a place to meet an omnivore friend for a late lunch in the vicinity of O'Hare Airport. We both ordered the Veggie Feast 4 falafel, chopped salad, purple cabbage, hummus, and baba ghanoush. We both agreed that the food was tasty, fresh, and filling and a great value at $8.95 per meal.

Horrendous experience ordering from here. We ordered two chicken shawarma rice bowls, and the rice was extremely undercooked and still hard, essentially inedible. We called the restaurant and Randall picked up, who was rude from the start. We asked for a refund, and he said he 's busy and would have to call me back. No call an hour later, so we call back again and he screams into my face that he 's busy and HANGS UP. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Randall should not be working in the service industry.

This plate cost $20 USD and I had to wait 15 mind past scheduled pickup time. There is no excuse.

Quick take away order. Wonderful beef and chicken with rice platter with Arab bread. Couldn’t wait to try NNG. Look forward to trying again.
