Starbucks - Cheyenne

Love the coffee, of course, but I am writing this review because of Terry, the barista who showed an impressive level of customer service on my visit today. She was incredibly kind, and friendly, and I was shocked to see customer after customer speak to her like she was a long-time trusted friend. She even got the spelling of my name right...that never happens! The coffee and food was perfect and I'm super grateful for Terry's energy and enthusiasm! It's obvious she loves her job!

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. When I asked for a coffee, the staff member responded rudely and sighed. I ordered a sandwich as well but didn't mention it at first. Before I paid, she put the sandwich in the heater, despite me telling her twice that I only wanted the drink. She then said I should have mentioned it earlier. This was surprising, especially since the older lady who worked there in the morning treated me with great respect and made my drink with care.

I really wish I knew the name of the woman who prepared my macchiato this morning. It was the best Starbucks coffee I've ever had, and the customer service was outstanding! I would gladly travel across the city just to get my coffee made here again!

I had an excellent caramel macchiato this morning. The service was both friendly and quick! I just wish this location offered mobile ordering for those busy mornings.
