Penny's Diner - Cheyenne

Very rude night cook. Someone needs to tell him he works for the customer...

Our time at pennys diner was probably the worst day of my life.the service was so so bad. Dirty restaurant. I don't think anybody there bathes regular.

This was a pleasant surprise at 1 o'clock after driving all day when we needed a hotel room and food. The food was delicious. My husband and I had burgers and shakes. No powder mixes here! Yum! The staff was nice and the service was good.

Here for the first time In a long time recently and my thoughts are: I start with the good. The food was really good. Really delicious with good portions and it came out in time. The staff I had interactions were friendly, but I think they need to keep some things hidden a bit. Some complained about being revised among other complaints I have heard. Workers' complaints and their dissatisfaction should be kept away from customers and not made known. The atmosphere seemed simply disorganized with the staff. Another improvement I would like to see is some renovation work on some of the seats. Our seats were all broken up and stood up as if screws were missing. Most seats have to be resumed.

The diner used to have great breakfast. Due to the lack of personnel, as mentioned by the staff, the diner is currently closed. At this point, I do not see any reason to apply for the hotel here. The next time I'm going to call, but since last night when I checked in the staff, it was optimistic that there would be a cook this morning. So sad.
