Paramount Ballroom - Cheyenne

The Paramount Ballroom is my top choice on the Front Range for a cocktail. I also enjoy their appetizers! However, nothing compares to the drinks and the atmosphere here. I think I'll have a Ben Hur now, please!

A little bright for my taste. That being said, stop in for a sazerac. You won't regret it.

I really love the atmosphere of this place and the historical building. I think Cheyenne needs more cocktail lounges like this, but our last couple visits have fallen short of our expectations. The staff doesn't seem to prep the ingredients for their signature drinks. When ordering, we are consistently told that they are out of multiple drinks on the menu. This bar lacks fresh ingredients like fruit and fruit juices that you would expect a good cocktail lounge to have. This place also is very loud, making conversation difficult. The artichoke dip was fantastic though.

I attended a private event at this restaurant, and I have to say—if you're not hosting all of your events here, you are truly missing out! Everything was exquisite! The food was absolutely amazing, the mimosa bar was delightful, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was just perfect. What a true gem for Cheyenne! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
