Westside Pizza Delivery - Chewelah

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had and let me tell you I have tried many. Disgusting cardboard. I threw it away. Grocery store frozen pizza is better, how sad.

In the last 2 months I 've ordered 2 pizzas from here. 2 months ago I ordered a delivery order and after an hour and a half I called to see what was going on with my order. I was told it was our for delivery. Well 25 minutes later my order showed up, straight out of the oven. I hate being lied to, hate it. So 2 days ago I thought I 'd give them another try. I ordered a Death by Pizza and some wings. I was over charged. I called back to ask if the price was correct and was told it was. When the food was delivered the driver said they told me they over charged you and he said keep the extra. I never said such thing. Not only that, the pizza I got wasn 't even what I ordered. I 'm going to get my pizza from Fired Up from now on. At least they don 't lie to me.

While I reeeeally appreciate this place giving us a refund for our incorrectly made items and missing salad- I was really taken aback by what happened on the phone call. The girl on the phone was extremely kind in helping me out with my refund, but while she was letting me know that my card would be refunded in a few days, another employee yelled hope you enjoyed your free meat mania pizza! In the background (which was the order they mistakenly gave us, which was not eaten). Both employees sat there laughing on the phone at us and said bye. Super rude when the mistake was not ours and we were very kind on the phone about the mistake on the order. Definitely won 't be coming back.

Visiting from out of town, highly impressed. The customer service was great, the pizza is great. We even ordered a gluten free, it was so good I questioned weather or not it was gluten free lol (it was). Would definitely visit again.

Stopped in on our way to BC for a week GREAT pizza! MUCH better than we can get in our decidedly larger hometown. Owners were super sweet, salads were fresh and big, pizza was custom ordered exactly as we wanted it. If you want Pizza Hut, go to Pizza Hut. If you want a great, local mom 'n pop pizza place, give this a try!
