Forasteros - Chetumal

This restaurant has a very hype atmosphere and we also enjoy its tacos. The service is very good and the live bands also offer good entertainment. It can be loud, so if you want some rest, the above is better. We celebrate birthdays and great tacos.

The place is nice, food is good. Long wait to eat and drink, a little overpriced. The staff is nice and polite.

I must admit that this is a lively and fun restaurant with very helpful entertaining waiters. One of them even spoke in English. I didn't find anything too special about the food we ordered - although we tried several, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, pork chops, Nachos. It felt like an American version of a Mexican restaurant. The food was great. But food prices are slightly higher than expected.

For the two of us, a guacamole and some nachos to share was enough. Along with some Modelo Especial (skip the Margarita), just relax and let it go. Later, the live music started, which we considered rather noise than music, and we left. Still, the place is very good value and staff is friendly.

Since I visited Forasteros Restaurant in Chetumal, I decided to make another trip, the food was delicious, portions were good service was fast enough, Ambiance was great and I will return safely. If I complain about everything, it would be the cheap plastic tables they use. For a restaurant on this scale and the time we live, I would say they need to update these tables.
