Taco Bell - Chesterton

I recommend arriving well before 8 PM, as they seem to close the Taco Bell side an hour earlier than the posted closing time. I won’t be coming back here again.

This restaurant is a major disappointment. They don't serve anything grilled or fried, and during regular business hours, they refuse to sell chalupas, grilled cheese burritos, nacho fries, Mexican pizza, and nearly 90% of their menu. I was shocked to be charged almost $4 for a SINGLE PLAIN BEAN BURRITO—something that other Taco Bells across the country sell for just $1.59. The employee even hesitated, as if they were considering saying bean burritos weren't available either! I visited on May 24 at 7 PM, and it seemed like they just wanted to avoid serving customers and close up early at 8 PM. It's unacceptable for such a large portion of the menu to be unavailable during business hours. To make matters worse, when we did finally receive our bean burritos, they were half the size of the usual ones. We ended up spending $17 for three bean burritos and a drink, which is absolutely ridiculous.
