DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

The staff at this Dairy Queen is very rude . The price of milkshake on the drive through is $6.09 plus GST. When I was paying for it they charged me $6.99 plus GST . They would not reimburse me for difference

I was at this Dairy Queen on Nov. 5/21. If you walk up to the counter you will be ignored for at least 15 minutes, as if they don't expect you to be there. The coffee was a used Keurig pod or some kind of pod which I rejected. A long time later my burger showed up. A long time after that I saw my sundae on a distant counter but it didn't make its way to me. Terrible service with ignorant staff. Avoid this place. It was so poor I decided I didn't even want to eat the burger I had paid for. Very bad.

I rarely visit DQ. The last couple times the ice cream has a different lower quality flavour. I can buy a gallon of ice cream for the price of one of their small cones.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. The Blizzards. I always pay for extra candy and NEVER get it, they are poorly mixed. The service is below average. The owner and manager are absolutely out of touch with reality. They do nothing to rectify customer complaints, and they get a lot ! There was a group of 73, yes 73 ! People who wrote head office about this location. How they are still open is beyond me. Seriously, drive to Calgary and visit a DQ.

Stopped in to grab a blizzard with friends. Service and staff we great, wait time was minimal. Treats area always delicious.
