Kfc - Chesterfield

Went in to order, the place was completely empty at 6pm on a Satyrday. thats should been a red flag on its own. Couldn’t use the app or my rewards on the serving screen. There were no table numbers at all on the self serve. My 9 year old wanted to use the loo but unfortunately there was faeces all over the toilets. The food came quickly. Though instead of bringing it over to the table when we’re the only ones in, they just yelled out the order when ‘eat in’ was selected. The boneless chicken were charred. And the non burnt ones didn’t taste that great either. No spoon was given for the beans we had to go ask for spoons and napkins. The staff were kids and we could hear someone getting shouted at from the back and they would have conversations by shouting to each other across the restaurant. A positive there was 1 lad who came and half wiped a few tables and swept around. Would not recommend. Worst KFC we have been to.

Me and my friends came to this visit tonight, we order a sharing bucket between us. BY FAR THE BEST CHICKEN AROUND! Staff was really helpful and friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Worst KFC I have ever had all the food smelt god awful , like the cooking oil was 100 years old , chicken and chips burnt but still cold

Shocking service, staff don't seem to have any idea on what they are doing. Drive-thru get prioritiesed over people eating in or delivery drivers. Waited 20mins for our order. Also noticed other people missing items from their order and then staff arguing back saying they was wrong. Toilets were atrocious, not clean and smelled really bad. The only good thing was the food was hot.

Consistently delivering utter disappointment. The food quality is absolutely poor and Is always a let down. Will never be returning again.
