Subway - Chesterfield County

THOSE PEOPLE IN THERE ARE NASTY AND RUDE TO GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY REALLY OWN THE PLACE AND GIVE U DIRTY LOOKS AND WILL MAKE YOUR FOOD WRONG!!!! I HOPE THE DISTRICT MANAGER SEES ALL OF THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE ASAP!

They do not honor coupons! I got coupons in the mail for a free cookie, purchased 3 subs and asked for the cookie being that it said no purchase necessary, she said give me a coupon and I give you cookie, I said if I cut it there are 2 coupons on the back I will lose she said oh well. How is that fair!!! Then she just went off saying how do I ask for the cookie with no coupon, straight up rude!!!

Very nasty people that work there I tell my family to stay out there

I was at the Subway on 7102 C Hull Street in Richmond Virginia. Store number is 554-0. I was behind another customer and he was asking for his jalapeños to be on the sandwich and have some on the side. I watched all 3 workers(2 men and 1 lady) catch an attitude with the customers and started taking the jalapeños off the sandwich and slam them into a container. Then I watched the manager(Andy) give the customer this dirty look and start saying no no no. Then when it was mine turn to fix my sandwich to my liking. The lady just looked at me smiling not doing anything. Then the manager(Andy) then proceeds to give me an angry mean look. Then when it comes time for me to pay. PJ snatches the money out of my hand.

They had Veggie Patties! Always a huge win for me. Subway as a chain has excellent ingredients, with a strong balance of Healthy tasty selections. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was fresh. It seemed like the team members were a little on edge, but they were also very courteous and helpful. Would go again.
