Mcdonald's - Chesterfield County

Go here everyday right before going to work to get a coffee and everytime I go the coffee is different no matter what never taste same as the one before. Sweet tea looks like clear brown water food is usually ok sometimes u get a miss

Ok they pissed me off. I waited in line 15 min. Order thru the app for pickup in the drive through. Finally get my food and it's all wrong! I call to complain and explain I can't come back because I have a meeting but that I will save it and return it after my meeting. That didn't suit them. So I literally threw away $15 that morning because I didn't eat the food either! What a waste I'm really mad!! I won't go back either! The staff was very rude especially the manager I talked to on the phone!
