Buffalo Wild Wings

Josiah was great all the way down to service to the food and I read all the bad reviews they’ve definitely stepped it all the way up a notch

We dined in 4/21 around 3pm at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Midlothian, Westchester Commoms and it was an awful experience. The hostess was nice, after she sat us we waited over 20+ minutes to be greeted. The entire 20+ minutes, a female server walked by many times without acknowledgement to her two tables. Not only did that server walk by many times, but the hostess proceeded in cleaning off 3 tables behind us (while we sat without being greated) then left trash, food and wipes on the floor as she sat people at the table. The female server who walked by multiple times acknowledged that we were there for a while to another male server saying yea they 've been there for a minute but because we weren 't in her section there was no acknowledgement. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but I 've worked in restaurant management, hospitality and customer service and this is questionably some of the worst I 've experienced.

Bartender, I believe her name was Alexis was terrible!! She is in the wrong industry. One person can impact your experience so much.Terrible personality, not attentive, didn’t want to be there. I’m a bartender myself and it just blows my mind when I go to other bars. Never once asked us if we were okay, or if we needed anything. I could keep going on things she did wrong. Had an attitude the whole time. She clearly didn’t want to be there.

If u go their and u get savanah she is the best waiter ever and she is a very nice person

She gave us free food when we didn’t order it and she was so nice and was super chill, best waiter ever!
