Xin Fusion - Chesterfield

Worst service I've had in a long time! One other dine in customer in the restaurant and one person waiting for a take out order when we arrived. It took almost an hour for my wife and I to get our food and my Teriyaki chicken dish came out twenty minutes after my wife was served. There was no apology or discount for the poor service, just an excuse about being short handed. I also didn't receive the soup that was supposed to come with my meal. The quality of the food was acceptable, but we won't return due to the incredibly slow and unapologetic service.

The sushi presentation was quite impressive; I've been to a fair amount of sushi restaurants and have never seen plating techniques like this before. Anyhow, the food overall was pretty tasty! I would 100% order The Captain Roll and Yummy Yummy Roll again. Their gyoza was alright but not on the same level as my sushi order. However, the price was on par with your average high-end sushi restaurant and had a variety of deals/daily specials! The service was okay and relatively quick; the servers were straight to business. The restaurant is accessible and immunocompromised friendly. Nonetheless, there are outside ramps and various table heights, the tables are still 6ft apart, and the staff wears masks. I don't travel to this area often, but I would consider taking a detour to eat here again.

Great food at a really good price and they made some adjustments when we wanted to change up one of our dishes because one of us was concerned about how spicy the dish might be. Kevin was awesome and the whole experience was great. A new place to try, not too crowded on a Saturday evening, give it a try!

Ordered take out on Friday, and the food was excellent! We had Chicken Broccoli, Special Fried Rice, and 3 Sushi Rolls. As a business owner in the Valley, we are always looking for new lunch ideas. I am so glad we found Xin Fusion, we will be back for sure (probably next week again) it was that good! Prices are fair, but the quality is even better. Honestly, the fried rice was a 10 out of 10. Thanks again!

I've had sushi in many places in many different price brackets. From west coast to east coast. And this is the one of the best sushi restaurants I've been.The flavor was fresh and fantastic both times I've visited. My favorite roll so far is the super tuna roll. Presented beautifully. There was multiple layers of delicate flavor to this roll that surprised me with it's sophistication.My favorite restaurant so far around here!
