--- **Pros:** The staff here is super friendly and welcoming! **Cons:** Unfortunately, we found the cleanliness and food quality to be lacking. It seems like this place could be a fun bar vibe for later in the day, but we were there for Sunday breakfast. Sadly, the food didn't meet our expectations. My lox bagel was barely warmed, and the lox had a strong smell, which made me think it wasn’t fresh. My friend’s bacon, egg, and cheese bagel tasted like it might have been microwaved. We ended up only taking a few bites of our meals. On a positive note, the classic fruit bowl was tasty! However, the overall cleanliness of the place needs some attention. The condiment station, salt shakers, windows, floors, and high chairs were all quite dirty, and there were a lot of flies around, which was off-putting. While we loved the friendly staff, we were hoping for a better experience.

We visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend who was visiting from the West Coast. We really enjoyed the decor and ambiance, and the menu had some great options. However, we were not impressed with the service. Our friend has several food allergies and had many questions, which can be challenging if the staff isn’t knowledgeable about food preparation. After asking a few questions, our server failed to return. My wife had to find another server to ask her to bring ours back, and by that time, two of us had already finished our drinks. This was particularly frustrating since two other tables nearby and patrons at the bar, who arrived after us, were able to place their orders without issue. We almost decided to leave but ultimately stayed. The food was good, although my onion rings were very close to being burned. I ordered the Sunburned Chicken not realizing that the burnt description would also apply to the side. We may return because our food choices were solid, but the experience did not start off well.

This was, by far, the worst breakfast I've ever had. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich consisted of a frozen egg patty served on an untoasted, raw English muffin, topped with cheese whiz. The Belgian waffles were simply lightly toasted frozen waffles from Costco.

This is our family's favorite restaurant. They offer healthy options and serve fresh food. They even have choices for our very picky kids, who always ask to eat here! It's a hidden gem in Midlothian, and I love that it's locally owned and operated. Taco night is fantastic, and my personal favorite is the turkey burger!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The drinks were delicious, and the food was equally tasty. Our bartender, James, was friendly and made us feel welcome. However, I do wish they would consider changing the music to better suit the restaurant's ambiance. Techno music at 11:30 on a Tuesday isn't the best fit!
