Some people thought it was slow, but I stood in the store placed a mobile order and I got it in a reasonable amount of time. They seemed like they were popping out orders. My order was correct. Coffee was good. I got a cold brew.
The baristas are fantastic! I made a mistake and made a mobile order that I couldn't pick up. I called and they were super understanding. I went in like 5 hours later and they gave me a refund and my order! They were all lovely humans and I left smiling and feeling grateful.
I am now Gigicash, as she totally misheard me ask 'do you take cash '. Obviously Starbucks was great! But it was funny.
I really like this starbucks. I order through the app a lot for this location and my drink is almost always perfect. Just remember though, it is starbucks, and a lot of other people enjoy the coffee too so sometimes it may take some time to get your order. Remember it is not the baristas fault that you're in a hurry. I recently overheard a customer being rude to the baristas, if you want your coffee quick then make it at home. I see these people work so hard and I personally really appreciate them because the coffee I make at home does not compare to the coffee here.
