And indeed, they had a great time. The food arrived promptly for a Sunday lunch, starting with delicious Italian bread (I indulged in one piece despite being on a keto diet) and the garlic butter was heavenly. Most of us opted for salads, with me choosing the Caesar salad which was excellent (the dressing was top-notch). For my main course, I stuck to my keto diet and ordered the Chicken Marsala with a side of Broccoli instead of the standard spaghetti. The gravy was impressive, the chicken perfectly cooked, and the broccoli was deliciously prepared - possibly steamed and generously covered in finely grated cheese. My mother raved about her lasagna. Our server, Kate, was one of the best I have ever encountered in any restaurant. She was professional, attentive, and had a lovely demeanor. The restaurant itself is charming and authentic, with unique glass elements and a cute trolley car in the dining room that doubles as seating space. Thank you, Kate, for making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to others.
This hidden gem in Chesterfield is truly the best. During our cross-country motorhome trip, we arrived late and were warmly welcomed with smiles just 15 minutes before closing. It's important to support small businesses like this before they fall victim to economic downturns. Unlike the closed location in downtown Nashville, this one is a must-visit and should be on your bucket list. I loved it so much that I even took home 2 gallons of meat sauce and 18 cooked Italian sausages, despite living 400 miles away. I absolutely adore this place!
We visited this restaurant before heading to the shopping center. There was no waiting in line and plenty of space between tables. I had the lasagna, my grandchild had a mixture of mizithra and meat sauce spaghetti, and my wife had a salad with broccoli. We enjoyed the freshly baked bread and everything was served promptly. For dessert, we chose vanilla and spumoni ice cream. Our waitress was excellent and we were attended to by two managers. It was a great choice for today.
The restaurant is simple yet really delicious and easy to enjoy. Our experience tonight was even better than before. I tried the garlic jam for the first time and it was amazing. The mizithra cheese was also a pleasant surprise. We shared a parmesan chicken breast which was a great value for its price. The combination of seasoned chicken, marinara sauce, and mizithra cheese on the garlicky pasta was delicious. The Caesar salad was tasty, and the salad, bread, and dessert were all included in the meal at no extra cost. It was a great deal. We also had half a pitcher of sangria which was simple but good. Overall, the price for the two portions was reasonable. We will definitely be returning for the value and quality of the food.
The website indicated that the restaurant was open all day, but upon arriving after a 15-mile drive at 3:00, a sign on the door stated that their hours were from 11-2 and 4-10:30. It is important for the website to accurately reflect the restaurant's operating hours.
