We confirmed the order and delivery time the day before, but when the pizza was 15 minutes late, we called to inquire. The staff insisted that we had provided the wrong time three times during the phone call. However, when the pizza eventually arrived, it was cold and the original requested time was clearly printed on the box. When we raised this issue with a manager named Matt, we were interrupted by another manager named Joe who provided a new excuse for the delay, essentially implying that we were at fault. Our concerns were dismissed and we were made to feel as though we were in the wrong. Overall, I would advise that if you do order from this establishment and encounter any issues, it is best not to engage in discussion as they are likely to blame the customer for any mistakes.
Great customer service! I really wanted to order from dominos. we had a problem with our ordering on the website, but when I called, they made his pizza new and delivered it in minutes! he ate all the thin crust himself!
This is my go-to spot for indulgent food. I order online and pick up at this location. I have been coming here for about a year now and they have never let me down.
I get the sense that this place has messed up its system of order or something. Drivers are always pleasant, manager was very apologetically over the phone and sent a new pizza when they sent us a without sauce, then the replacement pizza had the right label, but a drastically different product was inside, clearly intended for someone else. Also a fair bit of attitude from the customer who picked up. Never with the end of what we ordered. Don't think we're back.
I always get a great customer service at this point
