Panera Bread - Chester

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but it was served ice cold by the time I reached my car. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, providing no assistance. I do not plan on returning.

The cashier hurried our order and we didn't receive what we originally wanted, but the food we ended up with was still tasty. The seating area could use a refresh.

The food at Panera is tasty, but the portions are small for the price. I was impressed by how quickly the food was served. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. Also, I think the tomato-basil bread has cinnamon in it, which I really dislike.

Staff is always friendly and quick great location and team members!

I ordered via the app an hour before closing. After they closed my driver (they assigned a DoorDash driver) called to tell me that someone already picked up my order which was not true. Never got any updates saying food was picked up and never got my order. They didn’t want to make the order cause the food was already put away (via DoorDash driver they assigned) which is insane to me. They want DoorDash to take the fall for their laziness. If I could give negative stars I would.
