Kfc - Chester

It seems like your system is consistently malfunctioning. Today, I went through the drive-thru, but no one came to the speaker after waiting for two minutes. Eventually, I left, and to my surprise, I noticed they took the international order from the car behind me. After this experience, I think I’ll be heading to Popeyes instead.

The food is always great its better than the one on Eisenbrücke road that you suck

Absolutely the worst kfc in va. Every time I've been to this location there never appropriate chicken cooked and I've had to wait 20 minutes . This past time I said something about this and had the young lady in the pick up window start mocking me as she shut the window in my face laughing with one of her co-workers about everything. I live near this store but sadly if this is how it is operating will be choosing another franchise to support

Not bad but has room for improvement. The cashiers always sound so annoyed or bothered when you order, and the sides always have an issue (like the gravy may be too runny or the macaroni and cheese too overcooked). The chicken is always perfect though. I prefer the one near Chesterfield courthouse.
