Domino's Pizza - Chester

Generally pretty good. If you order anything with sauces salads, breads, or sides for pizza make sure you have them because they will not. Not exaggerating when I say 9/10 we do not have the sauces or the correct number.

This location was very busy, but the young crew working was completely amazing. I overheard one young lady take a phone call that she was clearly being verbally attacked. She remained calm and very professional.

I am only giving a 4 star rating because of a recent corporate decision. The staff and food are always great. I went in tonight to pick up dinner for the family as we usually do about once a week. (I do carry out because delivery is not available in our area. I always tip when receiving my food but tonight a Jat for St Jude was on the counter and a tip jar was no longer present. As someone who also works in a tipping industry I was really surprised to see it missing. When I asked where the tip jar went I was told a recent corporate decision was made to remove said jar from the counter. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against St Jude but I don't think it's fair to the kitchen and cou ter staff who do not run deliveries but, see customers now lose an opportunity at tips due to a decision made by someone who obviously doesn't need tips to get by in the first place. Not cool. And yes they did say they are still allowed to receive tips but it has to be handed to the person....obviously I'm not going across the counter to the kitchen so.....I don't think this was a well thought out decision. Pizza was great tonight as always though

This was delivered to our house. As you can see it is very obvious a piece of pizza was missing. When the manager was called who was very rude and handled the whole situation so badly I felt people should know about this. And now we can no longer order pizza apparently you get banned from dominos for a complaint.
