Cicis Pizza - Chester

My daughter and I love visiting this special restaurant, especially when the manager is present. I can relate to some comments about the buffet not always being well-stocked, but my family and I usually order custom pizzas right away, so it doesn't negatively impact our experience. On one occasion, we found there was no pasta for the soups, and my little one really enjoys their chicken soup with noodle pasta. When I brought it up to a staff member, they immediately took action and had pasta in the soup bar in no time. In all our visits, we never faced a problem with dirty plates and bowls. Every restaurant can have an off day, but my daughter and I have been coming here for a long time, and we plan to keep returning!

I really enjoy Cici (Chester), but every time I visit, the restaurant seems to be closed, regardless of the time. There's always a handwritten sign on the door. Google says you close at 10 PM, but the sign says you closed at 8 PM. Which one is accurate? If you have set hours, please stick to them and avoid closing early whenever you feel like it!

Overall, the experience was quite good. The desserts were delicious, and the pizza was great as well. I went to get a glass of water from the dispenser, and while it wasn't very cold, everything was much better once I added some ice.
