Paprika, Ewell - Chessington

Went in party of six, it was a Friday and pretty quiet. The food was average but expensive but the service shockingly bad, orders all mucked up and staff didn’t seem to care less, more concerned with clearing down the table. I spoke to the manager who stated he didn’t care about reviews he didn’t even read them.

We’ve ordered from Paprika for the last 6 years and every time we are treated politely and with great customer service! Every dish we’ve ordered has been simply delicious- their naans are gorgeous. We love butter chicken, tikka masala, their samosas, to name but a few!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Utterly appalling! The restaurant prioritizes profit by serving intoxicated young adults, leaving Ewell Village strewn with vomit and urine. When I reached out to them, they shrugged off responsibility, claiming it was "off their premises." It's truly disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite curry places. They've really lost their way!

The interior is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The curry is fantastic. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

The food was outstanding, but the service was disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
