Crocodile - Cheshunt

Me and my sister popped in with our two little ones last minute. It was Mother’s Day and busy but the team were helpful, and got us a table, no turn away or waiting. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great

First impressions are everything and when I walked in to the Crocodile in Cheshunt I was greeted with an outstanding welcome from the landlord Les and his staff. The team were are friendly and attentive, all I wanted was a coffee and packet of crisps as I was too early for an occasion further down the road. The pub itself is warm and welcoming as well as spotless with no smell of stale beer from the night before. Keep up the good work guys, I’ll be back. The only negative was that one of the bar staff is a Spurs fan, but you can’t have it all.

Lovely pub with a fantastic outdoor kids' playground. Service was very friendly and tight next to a bus stop.

I have dined here several times for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. Recently, I attended the Tuesday quiz night and found it to be a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, just like many other regulars do. The goat dish is quite tasty as well! Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit.

It was a very busy day, but I didn't have to wait at all for the friendly staff to serve me. The mixed grill was fantastic too!
