Premier Cafe

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and the woman who took my order was very rude on the phone. She said they might be too busy but she would take down my order anyway. However, they never called back to confirm if they could deliver or not. Nearly 2 hours later, we were still waiting for our food. When we tried to call back to cancel the order, the phone was either turned off or our number was blocked. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have a business on Road 4 in Winsford and we use Premier Cafe all the time both for take aways and sit in food. I find one previous comment very hard to believe as we are always treated very well and we use their cafe a lot. The food is very nice and plentiful and ALL the staff are great. this is a great little place where EVERYONE is friendly which makes a very refreshing change from some places around the North West. Thank you all and continue the great service.

Great little cafe not really that little) reminds me of the old transport cafes. Breakfast was excellent I had full breakfast off the menu there is 6 to choose from) which was perfect and I like a big breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend.

Reasonable breakfast, and prices ,if you're taking your car for an MOT on the industrial estate, it will pass it bit of time, For a quick stop did the job, Road 5

I received the incorrect order at this restaurant, and when I tried to inform the server, she denied it and questioned whether I had ordered from the right cafe. It was unbelievable how she insulted customers and insisted on her own way. It is unacceptable to run a business treating customers in this manner. This cafe clearly does not prioritize customer care, despite serving decent breakfasts. It is a shame that the owner has such a bad attitude.
