The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced, however they often do not answer the phone and will abruptly hang up on customers. Despite calling multiple times over the course of an hour, we were unable to reach anyone. It would be more beneficial for them to answer and retain customers rather than ignore them. We typically spend £20-25 a week at this establishment, so they are potentially missing out on over £1,000 in business per year.

This chippy is one of the best we've ever gotten takeout from (and we've tried a few, as I used to work in one). The food is delicious, especially the crispy shredded chilli chicken. They were excellent at following Covid-19 guidelines, going above and beyond to ensure the safety of both employees and customers.

The restaurant is too slow because they only have two employees working, do not offer delivery, and rarely answer the phone due to understaffing. The food quality is also subpar.

Excellent fish and chips - the fish was superb and the portions were large. Keep up the great standard, you deserve it.
