The manager at this restaurant was incredibly rude. They claimed they had sent our order but we hadn't answered the phone, and also accused us of giving them the wrong address. We were both frustrated and hungry. When we called to check on the delivery, the supposed manager (named Nancy or Veronica) hung up on us multiple times and was extremely aggressive. Thankfully, Dominos in North Chester assisted us and connected us with head office. We will never return to this restaurant with such rude staff. We are now ordering from Pizza Hut, where we are having a much better experience.
During my vacation in Chester, I decided to order a pizza for delivery. Unfortunately, it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to arrive after multiple phone calls with different staff members who gave varying excuses. Although I was promised a refund, it has yet to be received. Additionally, the pizza was extremely salty.
Rudest staff ever. Called up and got about three words from staff. Same in store. Doesn’t hurt to crack a smile.
Have attempted to eat my pizza which we have just had delivered. I could only manage about half due to how dry it was. I ordered a dairy free pizza with mushrooms, olives and onions. If I had to estimate the actual quantities of each, I would say perhaps one whole mushroom, less than a quarter of a red onion and two to three olives. These amounts added to about a teaspoon of tomato base made for an experience akin to chomping on an old piece of skirting board. Photo attached.
