Chestnut Cafe

The breakfast experience in our nearby hotel was not good! chestnut cafe service was excellent, eating very good, location very nice in a beautiful city. recommended for the breakfast, and I guess that any other meal would be good.

In cheshire we decided to return to the chestnut cafe, for coffee and a light snack. it was busy that personal brought menus as soon as we sit down. a few minutes later we had ordered. the hot drinks arrived shortly after, then. we expected to arrive mins for eating, in which did a few who arrived well after we were served before us. When the food arrived, my drink was cold. it seems that the staff is standing around and a woman responsible for the work. there was no excuse for the minute waiting, nor were we told about the waiting time when we ordered. that is not a good customer service. dissatisfied, honest to be, really liked this caffe, for a few years here, but bad service and not as much as an apology, is bad service, people can choose to go elsewhere if they are not customer centric. think we're going to go elsewhere in the future.

It was very courteous and a friendly mood of the personal and the chicken cheese chorizo panini is amazing

Stop-by here a lot and can see no reason why I wont continue to do so. Its a cosy cafe with great staff. The food is excellent and the coffee is its equal. Super clean, super efficient and well priced. They had me at Wellcome'.
