The restaurant was not disturbed that it is not the table that is not on the list! we have made ourselves to the place and we have torn so that they are not left with the table a complete waste time!

Has not had our booking. we waited for over 30 minutes, didn't bring out all the appetizers, then we didn't get out of one of the main things. Once it was brought out, not only everyone had finished, but it was the wrong order. general manager tried to help, but then gave us a bill with discount. for the wrong amount with the meal times of others diners. never again.

The restaurant worst I've ever been, and I've been at some mist places for years. it was the first restaurant where I refused to pay.

Unfortunately my friends and I were very disappointed by our experience on Saturday evening in this restaurant. it was my hot weekend and we were looking forward to a nice meal before we went to some bars in chester. we were told that we had to wait for our appetizers and our main thing when a big party of 12 had just ordered) and when we consider that we booked a table for 20 o'clock, we only ate our main thing by 10:10 o'clock. this led to the fact that we did not finish our meal, because we simply did not feel like eating at that time. although the waiter was very apologetically and attentive, this pampered our experience. we were offered a free bottle of wine, but we didn't finish it when we were flying up like that. I do not feel that the restaurant should accept reservations if they have big parties and they cannot be finished. I have stayed in other hotels in this chain and have never experienced such problems.

I am a tour guide and I brought my 5 clients for a meal as I had eaten in the restaurant on previous occasions. We ordered our meal and waited and waited and waited! Eventually we received our starters then we waited and waited and waited!! Dry bread was brought, we were told our mains were being plated, there'd been a problem in the kitchen and we waited.. Eventually we got our food 2 1/2 HOURS later. We were fobbed off and lied to and other diners were given their orders before us. I was extremely embarrassed as it was such a poor reflection on Chester! We didn't stay for dessert and left for our hotel after we had asked for a reduction in our bill. We received 20% off. It was shocking.
