Przekaż informację zwrotnąEvery time I have gone here there has been some sort of mess up. Whether that be cold fries or some sort of order screw up. However, the staff is always nice and I have yet to see one upset about fixing it.
I?ve been going here for months now, never had an issue. This is the first time that my potatoes seem like someone threw them in the microwave to heat them up. My sandwich had sausage not bacon, and my iced coffee had a fly stuck on one of the ice cubes. Not sure what?s going on, but this is not the Wendy?s service I?m used to. Still a 4 start review since this is the first time this has happened.
Lack of staff like everywhere else. Drive thru was slow and I didn't get my nuggets or sauce and didn't notice until I was miles down the road. My mistake and I understand being understaffed.
Dinning room is still closed and the drive through female was very short rude, two stars because the fast food was good. Sunday 9/26/21 12:25pm
Five stars, all having purpose. 3 for the services rendered (in this case food), 1 for the facilities (is it welcoming), and 1 for the service itself (the people). This Wendy 's specifically loses 1 star because my food was not made well. The salad we ordered was subpar with very little green lettuce, and the container was less than half full. This Wendy 's loses another star because upon walking into the facility, it wasn 't welcoming. I 'm sure that 's because they didn 't expect guests into the dining area, but there should still be at least an expected standard. The last star this Wendy 's loses, and the biggest reason I 'm writing this review, is because the manager was less than pleasant. Explanation of the manager: Upon arriving to get my salad replaced, a very nice employee met me at the door, and agreed that the salad was not up to standard. At that time she tells the manager what 's wrong, and that I also wanted to pay for another sandwich. This was when the manager tells the employee to invite me in. As I get to the counter, and before assisting me, the manager scolds the employee for going to the door to assist me. When I inform the manager that the salad was less than expected she was not happy and insisted that All Wendy 's Salads look like that. So I then request a new different salad instead of the same one I ordered. The picture I have included with this is the standard I would expect to pay $7.19. I regrettably do not have a picture of the original salad. So because of the initial Salad Quality I only give this Wendy 's 2 stars. The rest of the food was excellent and above expectation. If I could request one thing for this Wendy 's, it would be that the management learns a better way to instruct their employees, not talk down to them, and not scold them, especially in front of customers.
