He was informed that there were no gluten-free options available. After sitting down with his friends, the manager approached them and explained that while the fries were cooked separately and gluten-free, they were prepared near chicken, so cross-contamination couldn't be guaranteed. However, he mentioned they also offered salads. My son decided to have some fries, and the manager kindly brought him a box of fries and salad. When my son asked how much it would cost, the manager said it was complimentary. I can't thank him enough for his kindness; my son often struggles to find gluten-free options at fast food places, and although Burger King didn't have many choices, this man made him feel included and happy to enjoy a meal with his friends. Thank you!
I had a major issue with a cockroach on my arm, which was really off-putting and showed poor hygiene standards. While the food was decent, the experience was completely overshadowed by the bug incident. Additionally, I found the prices to be high; I paid £10 for a small vegan burger and a Coke. They really need to improve their hygiene because I won’t be returning on my next trip to Thorpe Park.
While it was pricey, I can honestly say it was the best burger I've ever had at a theme park. The bun was soft and the burger was incredibly tender—absolutely delicious!
I am simply outraged, no other word describes the extent of my rage. I payed £8.49 on the virtual kiosk, which I must say was not responsive, my order number was 254 and when I arrived at the counter to collect, the number which was called was 249, I waited until 271 and there was no sign of my meal arriving. I walked up to the counter and asked to which the worker looked at the time on the receipt and refused to bring me my meal as the time on the receipt was from 30 minutes ago and he said it was a used receipt. I would call this visit nothing short of HELL. I would never go here again and this simply ruined my day which I was once looking forward to. £8.49 and my dignity down the drain. If I could I would give this 0 stars.
Burger King is located next to the Storm in a Teacup ride, within Angry Birds land. The food was adequate, however the restaurant itself was very busy and cramped with no air conditioning and little COVID restrictions enforced. I recommend sitting outside, or taking food out
