Fuji Moto Japanese Korean Cuisine

During a drive from San Diego to Palm Springs, my husband and I decided to stop and grab sushi for a date night. After a disappointing experience in Hemet, we found Fujimoto, a highly Yelp-rated sushi restaurant. Initially, I thought it was closed because the parking lot was empty and the windows were dim, but they were open for takeout only (possibly due to COVID-19 restrictions). Despite the limited variety of fish available, I appreciated the focus on quality over quantity. Although I asked for a glass of wine while I waited, they did not serve alcohol. Overall, I would give them three stars for their limited selection, lack of ambiance for dine-in customers, and absence of alcohol, especially considering their remote location.

There aren't many Korean Japanese restaurants in the Beaumont Banning area, but I have tried many in Riverside and LA County that offer better tasting food at a surprisingly cheaper price. If you're in the mood for Korean or Japanese food, Fuji Moto can satisfy your cravings, but it may not compare to the quality I have experienced elsewhere.

I wish this restaurant would offer dine-in options. Every time I call, they only provide takeout, which is disappointing, so I always end up going somewhere else. I believe they could greatly increase their revenue by offering dine-in service, as I often wanted to bring my family or friends to this restaurant for a meal.

I was disappointed with the Korean BBQ as it was lacking the flavorful taste of Bulgogi that I have experienced at other places. While it wasn't a terrible meal for the price, it didn't leave me wanting to return for more.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a variety of Asian cuisine! They offer a mix of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese dishes, all of which looked appetizing. We were in the mood for a snack, so we decided to get the chicken gyoza and vegetable egg rolls to go. The food was delicious and remained hot and crispy even 30 minutes after we got it. I'm excited to return and sample their other menu items!
