The Cheesecake Factory - Cherry Hill

Went there on a busy Father’s Day weekend and the service was great. It was my sons birthday and the waiter made him feel special we ordered the carne asada, fried Mac and cheese, burger sliders and a beacon cheeseburger. Delicious

My friend and I got take out and we pretty disappointed with our food. My carbonara had added chicken which was about 6 small diced cubes of chicken and was maybe a third of the container full. My friend got chicken alfredo pasta and it was the same problem. For $27 a entree I was expecting a larger portion and definitely for chicken for $6 extra. Obviously the cheesecake was fantastic as it always is. But this is the second time I've been disappointed with Cheesecake Factory food so I'll probably stick to the dessert from now on. I tried calling the restaurant several times that night with no response and sent an email with no response.

Little slow(busy) service, food is not worth the price, slice cheesecake is very expensive. Get the whole cake at half price. AND wrap the utensils in paper. Everybody touches the menu and menu sitting on top of my fork is not a good look.

The food was pretty good! We had an awfully amount of mashed potatoes though. But the meat were pretty well seasoned. And the sauces went well with the meal! Our server was excellent, very patient and attentive! But the lights at our table were pretty dim. From the photos, you can see that only one part of the table had noticeably better lighting than the rest. And I had expected the cheesecake to be standing when served, but it wasn’t. At least it was pretty good! Overall 4/5.

Went for my birthday dinner and had a good time. The food was really good and came out hot but everyone got their food at different times so no one was eating at the same time. Super dark in there. Gotta turn your flashlight on to see that your dood is cooked to order. Otherwise our waitress was great and overall the experience was good.
