Saladworks - Cherry Hill

I rated this place two stars for cleanliness and the friendly checkout experience. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the staff member who prepared my bowl. I ordered a southwestern grain bowl, as described on their online menu. After she insisted on calling it a salad, I asked her if she was sure it included quinoa and kale. Instead, she gave me brown rice and nearly romaine lettuce instead of kale. When I asked her again what I wanted, I thought it was a reasonable question since she works there — shouldn’t she know what to prepare? Unfortunately, when I got to my office, I discovered that she had given me a fire-roasted Cabo salad in a bowl instead of what I had repeatedly requested. It was missing the pumpkin seeds, raisins, and onions. She completely messed up my order, and at this point, I’m considering asking for a refund on my tip.

I ordered two avocado BLT sandwiches along with a salad. I was having lunch with my wife and daughter. However, to my disappointment, the BLT sandwiches didn't have any bacon. What went wrong? I was really let down, especially since the place wasn't busy at all—I was the only customer there.

I visit this restaurant every week, and I'm always impressed. The place is consistently clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the salads are excellent.

I went to a meal today and was greeted by the friendly staff, Alex! He and Saul, who had the most friendly smile, made my experience great and I hope to see them again!

Usually I do not have a problem with this store. The last few times I ordered from this store, the tomatoes were really bad to the point I get sick. They have had bad tomatoes and nothing has been done about it. I went back today and ordered salad again, there has been nothing done about it. Tomatoes are bad and I can smell it as soon as I opened the salad. Salad is not cheap and expect to go in and get a good salad and not get sick.
