Fatburger Buffalo's Express

The burgers are overpriced, the customer service is bad and the restaurant was dirty. The service is so slow that while we managed to get our food (after waiting like 20 minutes), several people who were waiting to order left before even ordering.

Im from the westcoast,,,fatburger is big time over in cali,,,,the shame they can 't bring that foodie vibe here in the eastcoast,,,,fatburger by Cherryville mall is terrible,,,,can 't image how they carry the name fatburger ,when most of the way they serve the food is so incorrect.. fried egg looking scrambled,,never have chili,,and let 's not discuss burger patty size,,, its extra small...,this place is just a fancy McDonald 's, nothing more....sad all way around... this place needs to get back to the roots of fatburger

Guy working the register was sarcastic and even got into a debate about the change he owed me. Which I must add when he calculated the change again he was uncovered his mistake and did not willing offer an apology. Very uncomfortable experience ?

If I could give it zero stars I would nasty hard fries my kids burgers looked like left over meat pieces from grill the Waffle burger meat on it hard and burnt not happy at all hundred dollars down the drain ! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! Only thing good is milkshake

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I went there because I heard the hamburgers were good (and they really are), but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff is just okay. In my opinion, the entire place needs a major overhaul—everything looks outdated and shabby, and it definitely needs a thorough cleaning!
