Embers - Cherry Hill

This is the breakfastdining room for the utterly horrible Crowne Plaza hotel Cherry Hill. The service is terrible our waiter seemed to be doing us a favor by taking our order. He got some of our orders wrong, including telling us the soup was vegetarian when it had pieces of beef in it! After we finished we waited minutes for the check most of our group left and I had to ask the one person who would make eye contact with me the bus boy to ask our waiter for it. The food was mediocre and tasteless. We were trapped in the hotel for a sports team event otherwise there is no good reason to eat at Embers. Avoid it

This was our first time to this restaurant. We went there in hopes of having a prefixe menu which was listed online but when we got there we were told that it should of been pulled from the internet ad and that it wasn't available. We ordered from the regular menu but the food was bland...like no seaonings were even added. There was a very big group at the hotel and they didn't have enough help in the restaurant so the service was horrible. Big changes will have to be made or this place won't make it

The food was good but they were closing at and were rushing us to finish. The place is old and looks like needs a good dusting. The food was good and had good taste, but too bad we could not enjoy it in peace

After taking the time to make a reservation, I get there and it appeared as if my request didnt matter. The service was really bad and the menu lame, and bland. The only plus was the ambiance, other then that I did not enjoy this restaurant

Embers is consistently the best restaurant around. It is fabulous
