Why Fotel is a great coffee shop and a good place to work: It starts with friendly service. 1. You will always be greeted warmly at reception. 2. If you are there often, the service will know what you want to order. When you've done it multiple times in a row. For me it was the Americano for a while. 3. If you stay longer time, there is water for free. I have rarely been treated so lovingly. 4. They react quickly and friendly when something needs to be cleaned. Best example, the toilet. The coffee. 1. They have two roasts, the delicious roast from Kyiv by the Madheads and the well-known Berlin label the Barn. 2. I usually order Americano at any new coffee shop. Here it is always excellently nutty and delicious. But what really struck me was the filter coffee, incredibly tasty and hardly sour. 3. On other days we ordered different teas. Oblepiha with orange, or the herbal tea, was very satisfying. I personally haven't had a bad cup of tea in Chernihiv. However, finding a good coffee is difficult. Fotel is #1 in terms of coffee taste and quality. The food. 1. Delicious cakes, pies and tarts. Great variations and good quality. But there are other places in Chernihiv that impressed me more. (as far as coffee goes, Fotel is #1) 2. Superfoods like energy balls and cocoa bars have always been excellent! We enjoyed coming to work and to have coffee. And will definitely stop by again when we return!
