Excellent! The best restaurant I've ever been to Cherbourg. Tasteful French cuisine, very good wines and staff very simple.

We were recommended by the hotel where we lived. Words can adequately describe the experience. The food, the service, etc. was from this world.

Fantastic food, nice wine and the service and the lady who looked after us was wonderful, especially helpful explaining the menu and helping with our very bad French vocabulary. I can't fault this place, it has to be experienced.

A business dinner overlooking the 'boat harbour '. The set menu selected was cooked to perfection by the local chef with wines to match. Good service with a smile.

We had the pleasure to eat in La Gourmandine for 4 nights during our visit to the 75-year old D-Day race. Fantastic location combined with an excellent top-tier gourmet dinner deserves to be awarded with 5 stars. In addition, this place is also very affordable.
